The Scense Service Point integrates with your Scense system, which means that your service catalog can be easily composed from the applications that are already in your Scense system. All services can be organized in categories and together with the search feature, services are easily found in the catalog.

The Service Point makes it easy to assign service owners if approval is required before a user’s service request can be granted. Email notifications accompany the service requests for optimal flow. If no approval is necessary the service is assigned to the user by the Service Point, so it’s immediately available after the user refreshes the workspace, without any action required from the IT-department.

For each application, or other service, the administrator determines the target audience, so you can specify which group of users will see the service in the catalog and are able to request it.

Now you can simply let your users decide which browser or PDF-reader they use and Scense will deliver them for you, as always.
