When using the option “Open Live Profile Store” the following error report appears:
- Unable to open the Profile store for this user.
(Live Profilefolder not specified)
Cause
Because Scense Live Profilefolder has not been specified yet, you will receive the described error report.
Fix
To specify the Live Profilefolder, a new Site Parameter has to be added:
- ParameterName: LiveProfileStoreLocation
- Value: (servername)(driveletter)LiveProfilestore
- Description: Scense Live Profile Store Location
An example for the Parameter Value is: “ScenseServerC$LiveProfileStore”
